Children's Workshops
Kid's - children's reiki, Edmonton, AB
I have been an educator with the Edmonton School System for over 25 years, working with children ages 5–12 in the arts. In addition to my teaching background, I have supported children through Reiki shares, workshops, and personal practice—including with my own children, who are both attuned to Reiki.

Drawing on my experience with children, along with my background in Reiki, color therapy, and meditation/mindfulness, I am truly excited to offer these classes and workshops. They are available virtually or in person.
Children's Reiki Basics (with a parent)

Spiritual Connection for Parent & Child through Reiki and Guided Meditation
Sometimes, as parents, life becomes busy with work and the many responsibilities of daily living. Many of you know the familiar routine—packing lunches, driving to various practices, helping with homework, preparing meals, and keeping up with laundry. We meet so many of our children’s needs, yet their spiritual needs and deeper connections can easily be overlooked.

This workshop is designed to nurture the bond between you and your child—intentional time spent truly connecting.
​
It is a unique and meaningful experience I have created to enhance and strengthen the spiritual connection between a parent and their child. This offering is suitable for single parents, multiple parents, and families with more than one child.
I offer these events privately, with dates arranged directly between you and me. You will not be placed in a workshop with other families unless you specifically request to participate with them. During our time together, I work one‑on‑one with you and your child virtually to help strengthen and support that bridge of connection.
After facilitating many workshops, I have come to recognize the importance of offering support not only to the participating children but also to the parents. It is equally valuable for parents to have tools to guide and nurture their child’s spiritual journey.

* Please note that I will not be offering attunements for parents during this workshop, as it is created especially for children. Your role as a parent is simply to be present, supportive, and connected as you and your child grow spiritually together.
If you feel called to receive your own Level 1 training and attunements, I’ve included more information below to help you explore that path when the time feels right.

Energetic Exchange Fee: $300 for one parent and one child. (These sessions are offered one‑on‑one.) If additional family members or friends would like to join, please contact me so I can apply the appropriate family discount.

Each segment is approximately an hour and a half, and it is most effective when scheduled twice a week or spaced one week apart.
If the adult chooses to continue their own journey and pursue the Reiki Level 1 workshop, they will receive a $50 credit toward their training when taken within 1 year of the child’s class.
Children's Reiki Basics Level 1
* This workshop is meant for children who come from an environment where there are adult's who have a spiritual practice. If not, please refer to the above workshop.
An afternoon where children explore a gentle introduction to the history of Reiki and its foundational principles. They will learn how to practice self‑healing as well as how to offer healing to others.

The class includes hands‑on, creative activities—such as drawing and coloring—to help them understand the chakras, the auric field, and the flow of energy. We’ll play games, practice healing, and keep the atmosphere light, engaging, and fun so the children can learn Reiki in a way that feels natural and joyful.
Energetic Exchange Fee: $250 per child. (These sessions are offered one‑on‑one virtually.)

If additional children from the same family or group are attending, a family discount will be applied.
Children's Reiki Level 2
Pre-requisite: Children's Reiki Level 1
A further exploration of Reiki Healing using Reiki Symbols. Please inquire if your child has taken the Reiki Basics for kids and is ready to take this next level workshop!
Energetic Exch​ange Fee: $350 per child. (These are taught one on one). If other children in the same family/group attending, there is a family discount applied.
Youth Workshops
Reiki Basics for Youth (with a parent)

Spiritual Connection for Parent & Teen through Reiki and Guided Meditation
Sometimes, as parents, life gets full — work, schedules, and the constant rhythm of daily responsibilities. Many of you know the routine all too well: making lunches, driving to [insert] practice, helping with homework, cooking supper, and of course… the never‑ending laundry. We do so much to meet our children’s needs. But in the middle of all that busyness, how often do we pause to consider their spiritual needs — their sense of connection, calm, and inner grounding?
This workshop is all about deepening our connection with our teens — creating intentional time where we truly meet each other beyond the day‑to‑day routine.
This is a very special offering I’ve designed to help enhance and strengthen the spiritual bond between a parent and their teen. It can be taken by one parent and one teen, or by multiple parents and teens from the same family.

I host these sessions privately. ​During your session, I work one‑on‑one with you and your teen virtually to help build and support that meaningful bridge of connection. In this 2 part workshop, the parent will build more spiritual connection with their teen through Reiki and Guided Meditation.
​
*I will not be offering attunements for parents in this workshop, as the focus is centred on the youth's experience, with the parent present as gentle support — growing, learning, and connecting alongside their child. If a parent feels called to receive their own Level 1 training and attunement, you’ll find more information below.
Energetic Exchange: $400 for 1 parent and 1 youth. These sessions are taught one‑on‑one virtually, allowing for a deeply personal and supportive experience. If additional family or close friends will be joining, please reach out so I can offer the appropriate family discount.

Each workshop segment is approximately two hours, and it’s most nourishing when scheduled either twice within the same week or spaced one week apart. This rhythm gives both parent and teen time to integrate, reflect, and gently grow between sessions.

*Should the adult want to pursue the Reiki Level 1 workshop, they will receive a $50 credit towards their workshop if taken within the year.
Reiki for Youth Level 1
In a world where teens are constantly plugged in — navigating school pressures, peer dynamics, and the intensity of social media — this workshop offers them a gentle space to unplug and reconnect with who they truly are. Youth today face many challenges, and learning even a few basic self‑healing practices can be incredibly empowering and proactive.

Reiki supports teens in becoming more grounded and balanced, helping them feel more connected to their inner wisdom and authentic self. In this workshop, they’ll explore self‑healing techniques and simple ways to offer healing energy to plants, animals, and others in a safe and compassionate way.
They’ll also learn nurturing grounding practices and experience soothing guided meditations to support emotional regulation and inner calm.

A gentle wellness class created especially for teens, supporting their growing self‑confidence and helping them navigate any anxiety they may be experiencing. Over the course of a four‑hour session, they’re guided through practices that help them feel more grounded and balanced in their everyday lives.

This class goes a little deeper than a children’s workshop, offering space for reflection, emotional awareness, and spiritual growth — yet it remains approachable and supportive, not quite as intensive as an adult‑level class. It’s designed to meet teens exactly where they are, with compassion and care.
Energetic Exchange: $350 per youth. These sessions are offered one‑on‑one virtually, creating a safe and supportive space where your child can receive personalized guidance. If additional family members or close friends would like to join, please reach out so I can offer the appropriate family discount.
