Healing is not linear, and it is never one‑dimensional. It shifts, deepens, and evolves, just like color. In this space, I walk with you through each shade of your journey, offering support that honours your whole self — emotionally, relationally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Whether you’re navigating conflict, seeking clarity, or rebuilding connection, I hold space for every part of your story.

With a holistic approach rooted in trauma-informed and client-centred principles, I draw upon my extensive background in alternative healing modalities and teaching to tailor sessions to your individual needs. Whether you're feeling “stuck,” overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater clarity, my goal is to create a calm, collaborative environment where healing can unfold at your own pace.
Together, we will explore patterns, develop new coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals that resonate with you.
I understand that reaching out for support can be a courageous step, and I am here to walk alongside you with kindness and understanding. My approach is integrative and compassionate, honouring your unique story and empowering you to discover your inner resilience. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life, and my role is to support your journey toward self-awareness, growth, and healing.
With 25 years of experience as a teacher and 15 years working with clients one-on-one, I have supported diverse populations—including children navigating stressful or overwhelming situations, adolescents facing academic and identity challenges, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I incorporate multiple modalities, mindfulness-based and trauma‑informed techniques to foster resilience, self‑acceptance, and empowerment. I prioritize building trust and mutual respect, focusing on your strengths and resources while also considering the social and cultural factors that shape your experience.
I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I am committed to meeting you wherever you are in your healing journey. Whether you are managing everyday stress, navigating relationships, healing from past wounds, or seeking deeper self-understanding, my intention is to create a space of unconditional support and genuine connection. When the body, mind and spirit feel safe, growth and self-discovery naturally follow, opening paths to greater autonomy and empowerment.
As Thich Nhat Hanh beautifully said, “The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our attention." These words echo my approach: healing happens in the presence of steady attention and genuine care. Change is a process, and I am here to walk alongside you.
