Reiki Level 1 & 2 Development 

You can also take your Level 1 and 2 workshop together over 3 months. It is an ongoing development for those who want to take both levels and work at completing the requirements at a steady pace. Actual classes done over 3 weeks (level 1) focussing on self reiki and personal growth. We conclude with a live practical. Then, an additional 3 weeks working on case studies from level 1 as we dive into level 2 deepening our knowledge with learning the 3 first sacred symbols. A call back is scheduled for a month later to check in and discuss case studies assigned for level 2 including distant reiki.

Reiki: Usui Shiki Ryoho Level l

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on an unseen “life force energy” that flows through us and causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to feel stress or anxiety, or worse, get sick and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. In this 8 hour class, you will learn the foundations of Reiki. After reviewing the history, we will learn the 5 Reiki Principles. These become important to integrate into our daily lives. You will also learn how to do self-reiki as well as have learn multiple types of sessions and eventually learn to do a full one hour session. If this all sounds appealing, then this is the class for you.

Reiki: Usui Shiki Ryoho Level ll

Level 2 builds on what you have learned in level 1 and introduces you to the three main Reiki symbols: empowering, mental and emotional healing and distance healing sessions. In this 8 hour class, you will review the foundations of level 1, you will learn how to incorporate these powerful symbols into your daily life, and into your sessions. These symbols can assist in deep healing. When you think of one of the symbols being the distant healing symbol...just imagine sending healing distantly or to an upcoming appointment or an exam or any other possibility! There will be 2 powerful attunements given and we will do lots of hand on work! After taking this workshop, and completing your case studies, you will become a certified Reiki Practitioner. You will be able to offer Reiki sessions to clients on a professional basis. * Pre-requisite Reiki level 1 and student

I did my Reiki course Level 1 with Vanessa in 2019, in a face-to face fashion. I was scheduled to do my Level 2 during the course of April 2020. Due to the isolation restrictions, it became impossible for both of us to proceed in person. We then agreed to do the Level 2, using a live online platform. Since Level 2 is all about distant healing, it made sense to pursue this way. I consider myself lucky to have experienced both, training and attunement, in person and also, by using the live online platform. Going through this process from the comfort of my home, not only made me more receptive to the training, it also increased my awareness of the unlimited malleability of the Reiki Energy, and set me up to truly integrate the notion of its natural capability to travel through time and space. Also, Vanessa successfully made it a vibrant, personalized experience. Using the live platform allowed for face interactions, on the spot feedbacks, and deep exchanges over the practice. The attunements were felt strongly, as they would in person. The overall experience was formative and life changing.

Reiki: Usui Shiki Ryoho Level lll (RMP)

In this class, we deepen our connection to Reiki. In this advanced practitioner or master level you receive another 2 attunements and are taught the master symbol. This class takes all that you have been taught and takes it one step deeper. Pre-requisite Reiki level 2 and student must show evidence of practicing daily self-reiki, a solid understanding of the level 2 fundamentals and must have completed the required case studies. You will know when this time comes to want to share your knowledge with others. After working with so many clients, now you want to mentor others to enjoy this beautiful energy. We will work very closely over several months as you shadow and practice giving attunements. The actual class is 2 days and is usually taught on a one on one basis (with exceptions.) Pre-requisite Reiki level 3 and must demonstrate a solid understanding of the level 1-3 fundamentals, evidence of practicing daily self-reiki and must have completed the required case studies. Reiki for the self/ or refresher

Do you want to learn or enhance your energy through Reiki and Mindfulness but are not interested in being a practitioner or working on others? Reiki for the self takes aspects of the Reiki, but is focused on the self.

Or maybe you have taken reiki, but have put it on the "shelf" and need to refresh before beginning again? 

You will be working one on one with me. We will meet as long as needed for an hour at a time (min. 2 sessions). Each week we will focus on you and only you! You will receive follow up emails during the week with daily reminders based on our previous session. 

A unique personal workshop based on years of teaching and life experiences. All day and times are decided between me and the client at the time of booking the workshop.
